Iris had the pleasure of speaking with Than of @prettierthan, a standout creator in the Iris Community, about their beauty journey, and what they love about Iris.

How would you describe yourself as a creator?

“My name is Than, short for Nathaniel. I’m a Prestige Beauty Advisor at Ulta by day, and a content creator by night. I’m also an artist and photographer and my personal quest as a creator is to continue to merge those passions with my love for makeup and beauty.”

What led you to join the beauty community?

“I loved watching beauty videos and seeing LGBTQ+ creators made me start to dream that I could be the one on the other side of the screen. Ultimately, I needed a space where I could get out all of my thoughts about beauty and have conversations with people who share this obsession!”

What's your favorite thing about the Iris community?

“I love that so many of us already know each other from Newness and other platforms and I can feel those relationships growing alongside Iris!”

What's your favorite thing about Iris?

“Reading about everyone’s holy grails and routines is so fascinating to me and I love discovering new products and brands.”
